CBD and its investor, Nemo Credit Corp, have developed a 20 acre parcel known as the Oaks of Pasco, located off of Eiland Boulevard and Simons Road, in Zephyrhills FL, for 87 single family homes. The property fronts the Silverado Golf Course, where 50 of the homes will have golf course frontage.
This gated community has been sold to Pulte Homes, with an anticipated construction start date on June 30, 2019. This sale was brokered by Eshenbaugh Real Estate of Tampa Florida. This is a $1.98 million dollar sale.
