CBD Real Estate, a Celebration based real estate investment development and building company, has partnered with Nemo Credit Corporation of Annapolis Maryland to develop 224 garden style apartments in the East Pasco County City of Zephyrhills. The 22 acre property, located off of Eiland Blvd and Simons Road, has frontage on the Silver Oaks Golf Course.
CBD and Nemo have been working with the City of Zephyrhills to modify the current site plan approval from 200 town homes to luxury garden style rental apartments. the buildings will be three stories in size, have one, two and three bedroom units. THe development will boast a pool, tennis court, clubhouse, athletic center, and other active and passive amenities for the sole use of the future tenants. In addition, the community will have discounted membership available to the neighboring Silver Oaks Golf Course, along with golf cart trails connecting the course the rental community.
This project is currently under agreement of sale to Tampa based CKT Development Company. CKT will soon be in design stage and expects to close title and commence construction by the first quarter 2016.
