CBD is developing in Hianes City, Polk County Florida

CBD announces today that it has recently closed title on three new properties in Haines City, Polk County Florida where it plans three large track garden style apartment developments.

Bonnies Landing, located off of Grace Road and 30th Street, will be the home to 1260 units on 86 acres.  This four phase project will be built in three story buildings, with a mix of one, two and three bedroom units.  There will be three amenity centers offering the residents ample passive and open space including walking and bike trails, dog parks, two adult pools and two family pools, clubhouse, two fitness centers, three theater rooms, meeting rooms, two kitchens, outdoor barbeque area, five parks  and selective covered parking.  This site received zoning approval on May 12, 2015 and is currently in final design.

Covered Bridge at Liberty Bluff was approved for 212 single family lots on 68 acres.  This site, located at Robinson Road and 30th Street, adjoins the Bonnies Landing site.  It will be the home for 950 garden style apartments.  The three story building will have one, two and three bedrooms and will be built in three phases.  The units will range in size from 615 feet to 1410 feet.  There will be two amenity centers, with two pools, two club houses, tennis courts, volley and bocce ball courts, dog park, two clubhouses with one large and one small fitness center, dog park, car care center, and community hiking, jogging and fitness trails.  There also shall be a development themed “Covered Bridge” along the main access road.  Here one would expect to see community photos, as this beautiful feature will be the name sake for the development.

CBD also purchased another 21 acre parcel off of Hinson Road.  Here CBD plans a one phase 245 unit garden apartment site.  There will be three story buildings with one, two and three bedroom units and one large clubhouse, pool two tennis courts, bocce ball court, dog park, a kids park and theater room. This site also received approval on May 11, 2015 and is not under design buy the engineer Craig  Cornelison of Cornelison and Associates. Ground breaking is expected in late 2015 or early 2016
